Unlucky Fate of Prisoners Struggling to Dig an Escape Tunnel, Captured Again While Eating Pancakes

Dream – Unlucky fate befell two prisoners in the United States (US). After painstakingly digging a hole in the prison wall to escape, the two prisoners were caught again while eating at a pancake restaurant.

It is known that the two prisoners are named John Garza and Arley Nemo. They were reported to have escaped from the Newport News Jail Annex on Monday, March 20, 2023, in Virginia, US.

They struggled to escape from the prison by digging the wall using a toothbrush. They dug and climbed the wall to flee.

After escaping from their prison cell, the two men climbed the wall and fled. However, they were apprehended at an IHOP restaurant while eating.

According to the police, people at IHOP saw the two inmates and immediately reported them.

"I thank the citizens who saw Garza and Nemo at IHOP and reported it to law enforcement," said a police officer quoted from New York Post.

Garza, who is from Hampton, was arrested on charges including contempt of court, probation violation, and failure to appear in court.

Meanwhile, Nemo, who is from Gloucester, was arrested on charges of credit card fraud, credit card theft, and forgery.
