David Ozora's lawyer, Melissa Anggraini, suspected that Mario Dandy made a phone call to one of the witnesses from Salemba Penitentiary in Central Jakarta.
"One of the witnesses in the trial revealed that he received a phone call from Mario Dandy, whom we know is currently detained," said Melissa, as quoted from merdeka.com.
According to Melissa, the witness admitted to answering the call and listening to the conversation from the speaker. Not only one witness, but their parents also confirmed this.
Melissa suspected that one of the witnesses in the trial that day received instructions from the alleged Mario Dandy. However, Melissa couldn't specify the instructions mentioned by the witness during the examination.

Jonathan Latumahina explained David Ozora's condition, who suffered from amnesia and couldn't be independent yet.
"Until this moment, he can't shower, he can't dress himself," said Jonathan.
He explained that David Ozora still needed the assistance of a nurse for bathing and getting dressed.
"He needs assistance for showering. We have a 24-hour home care nurse," he added.
Hearing that, Mario Dandy allegedly laughed behind his mask, which was responded to with a faint laugh by his lawyer.
A clip of the video showing Mario Dandy laughing when he found out that David Ozora couldn't dress himself went viral on social media. Some people gave harsh criticism to Mario Dandy.
