To use it, make sure your hands and the tool are clean and sterile. Here are the steps: - Wash your hands with running water until clean and clean the tool - Position the baby's head slightly lower than their chest - Squeeze the tool and place it in front of the baby's face - Slowly insert the tip of the tool into one of the baby's nostrils and reduce pressure on the squeeze to suck the mucus into the tool.
