Their children are one boy and one girl, namely Jan Ethes Srinarendra (7) and La Lembah Manah (4). Both of them go to school in Solo, Central Java and sometimes they are brought by Gibran to Jakarta when he is on duty.
When met by several journalists in Solo some time ago, there was someone asking about Gibran and Selvi's plan to have more children. Apparently, Gibran was a bit confused in answering that question. "Do you want to have more children, Mas?" asked one of the journalists, quoted from Youtube Berita Surakarta. Finally, he answered that he follows the government's recommendation to have only two children or support the Family Planning program (KB).
Funny, Gibran who was inside the car answered that he joined KB because he was afraid of a woman named Ibu Purwanti. "KB, scared of Ibu Purwanti scolding me," Gibran answered.
Many are curious about the figure of Mother Purwanti who makes Gibran afraid to have more children. Apparently Purwanti is the Head of the Population Control and Family Planning Agency of Surakarta City, Purwanti, SKM, M.Kes.
As the regional head, it seems that Gibran is very promoting the government's Family Planning program. With determination, he answered that he is undergoing Family Planning and afraid to have children again.
Until now, he and Selvi only have two children. Meanwhile, his younger siblings, Kahiyang Ayu and Bobby, have three children. Gibran's video clip about his fear of having more children went viral on TikTok.
Many netizens commented on the funny video. "Above Mas Gibran, there is Bu Purwati 😂," wrote @wongganteng. "What else is this 😣😣😣," responded @virgogirl.
