Innalillahi, Koh Ahong in Si Doel Anak Sekolah Passed Away

Not to mention the unique and diverse characters in the soap opera that add to the excitement of the story. Not only the main actors like Si Doel, Sarah, and Zaenab, but also additional actors like Atun, Mak Nyak, and Babeh Sabeni are also memorable to the public.

Unfortunately, Aminah Cendrakasih, who played Mak Nyak in the soap opera, has just passed away. She took her last breath at 8:00 PM, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 after a struggle against glaucoma since 2002. Not only Mak Nyak, but some other Si Doel actors have also passed away. Who are they?   In the soap opera Si Doel Anak Sekolahan, H. Benyamin Sueb played the character Babe Sabeni, Doel's father. The character Babe Sabeni was well-liked by the audience, especially when he was quarreling with Mandra.   However, after playing the role of Babe Sabeni for about a year, Bang Ben passed away due to a heart attack. In the soap opera's story, Babe Sabeni died in an accident while returning home after a vacation in Anyer. 

  Next is the character Engkong Ali, Si Doel's grandfather, played excellently by Enun Tile. Not much different from Babe, with his distinctive Betawi accent, Pak Tile also attracted the attention of Si Doel Anak Sekolahan viewers.   Pak Tile took his last breath in 1998 at the age of 65, two years after Benyamin Sueb passed away. 

Nyak Rodiyah, Engkong Ali's wife, is a character that Si Doel Anak Sekolahan fans would immediately remember. Nyak Rodiah, whose real name is Nachi, passed away in October 2002. Nyak Rodiah died due to complications from heart disease and diabetes. 

  In the soap opera Si Doel Anak Sekolah, there is one actor with a very distinctive Javanese accent, Pak Bendot, who played the role of Mas Karyo's father-in-law. He passed away in 2001. Until now, his distinctive Javanese accent in Si Doel Anak Sekolahan is certainly unforgettable.

  Basuki, who played Mas Karyo, passed away in 2007. The comedian, born in 1956, died after playing futsal. Basuki portrayed the character of Mas Karyo excellently with his Medok Javanese accent. 

  For fans of the soap opera Si Doel, the character Roy is definitely familiar. He played the role of a male antagonist who had feelings for Sarah. Roy was played by Djoni Irawan, who also worked as a lawyer. In 2012, Djoni Irawan passed away at the age of 54.

According to aao.org, glaucoma is a disease that damages the optic nerve of the eye and usually occurs when fluid builds up in the front part of the eye. This condition has made the woman, born in 1938, unable to carry out daily activities as usual. In fact, she can only lie in bed.
