Luna Maya's Story Laughter of Kuntilanak While Filming Suzzanna: Malam Jumat Kliwon

Dream - Luna Maya experienced a horror incident while filming her latest movie, Suzzanna: Malam Jumat Kliwon. The 39-year-old actress admitted that she was laughed at by a Kuntilanak while on set.

"This is the first time I've experienced a horror incident while filming," said Luna Maya in Central Jakarta, Thursday, June 22, 2023.

According to Luna Maya, the Kuntilanak's laughter sounded exactly like the late Suzzanna. At first, she didn't believe that there were supernatural beings disturbing her on set.

"Her laughter was exactly like Suzzana's, it was a real Kuntilanak. All the crew heard it," she added.

Nevertheless, Luna is not afraid because she was always accompanied by a man who could protect her from supernatural beings.

"We have a guardian named Pak Yanto who always takes care of Soraya's films. When I played the horror role of Suzzanna, he (Pak Yanto) always stayed close to me, saying that someone looked similar," said Luna.

On the other hand, Luna Maya feels happy because she gets to portray the phenomenal horror character, Suzzanna, again. Previously, the former girlfriend of Ariel Noah was involved in the film Suzanna 'Breathing in the Grave', which was released in 2018.

"I'm really happy to be entrusted with playing Suzzanna again," she added.
