However, Mulkan clarified that the requirement to stay 10 kilometers away only applies when Virgoun wants to approach Inara's house. Because when their daughter recently had her birthday, Inara Rusli allowed the Last Child vocalist to meet her.

According to Inara's lawyer, Arjana Bagaskara, his client demands that Virgoun pay a monthly child support of Rp50 million. The hadhanah must be provided until each of their children reaches the age of 21.

"It is decided that Virgoun pays hadhanah in the amount of Rp50 million each month, in cash, until they reach the age of 21," said Arjana Bagaskara, quoted from the show Cumi Cumi.

Inara also demands that Virgoun provide child support for their three children. The child support must be given to each child until they reach adulthood.

"Furthermore, it is decided that Virgoun pays child support in the amount of Rp60 million each month, in cash, until they reach the age of 21, even after the divorce judgment, despite any legal appeal efforts," added Arjuna.

Mut'ah support or consolation is a provision from a former husband to his ex-wife who has been divorced, either in the form of money or other things.

"I have to fight for the custody of my children, but if the other party wants to reconcile, I am open to it," said Inara Rusli.

In addition to child support, Inara also asks Virgoun to stay at least 10 kilometers away from her house.

"Therefore, we not only filed for divorce but also requested a provision. First, we asked for an interim court decision for Virgoun to stay at least 10 km away from Inara and their children's residence," said Arjuna.
