Ricis apparently had to sacrifice the boarding house to be sold and buy a new house because her current residence is uncomfortable. The mother of one child admitted that she found a snake in her house area. 

"Because our last house had a snake, so it's not comfortable. Bu Icis wants to sell this boarding house, and the proceeds will be used to buy a new house for Moana," she said.

The presence of the snake has made the current house, where Teuku Ryan's wife and her family live, less safe. Because she has also smelled jasmine in the house before.
