Solo Concert in Surabaya & Jakarta, Yura Yunita Invites Fans to Share their Stories

Dream - Yura Yunita is synonymous with personal, intimate music that touches the hearts of her listeners. It's as if her experiences are their experiences, and vice versa.

Wanting to share emotions through songs directly, Yura Yunita presents a solo concert titled 'Pertunjukan Tutur Batin' (The Show of Inner Expression), which will be held on June 9th at Jatim Expo, Surabaya, and on June 16th at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta.

"In this concert, I want us to pour out our innermost thoughts. Express all emotions, cry, feel relieved, and be happy together. So, no matter what problems we are facing, hopefully everyone who attends the concert can express gratitude to themselves," said Yura at the Press Conference for Yura Yunita Live Concert 2023 on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023.

Blend of Cultural Elements

Arranged by Ari Renaldi as the Music Director and Yura's music producer, accompanied by the vocal group INSIDEOUT, they will interpret the essence of 'Pertunjukan Tutur Batin' into dance and traditional musicians.

There will also be choreography by DSOUL Dance Company, which will blend traditional and modern elements. Just like Yura's contemporary music that feels timeless.

"So, the combination of modern and traditional cultural elements will be very interesting to watch," said Donne, Creative Director and Yura's husband, on the same occasion.

This traditional aspect will appear in every aspect, from regional language songs to be performed, to the costumes on stage that will be designed by a famous designer from Bandung who is known for using traditional fabrics in every work.

Exciting Mix and Match of Yura Yunita, Combining Batik and Red Boots

Dream - Singer Yura Yunita often appears on stage with elegant and feminine outfits. Like her recent appearance, the singer of the song 'Dunia Tipu Tipu' looked stunning in a modern ethnic-themed outfit.

Yura wore a fitted white shirt. The white shirt was paired with a red bustier made of lace fabric. Additional straps supported the red bustier.

Combining the shirt top and bustier she wore, Yura chose a more modern batik fabric. The fabric was simply attached to a belt, instead of being wrapped like traditional batik fabric.

This batik pattern with flower and leaf motifs has a sweet black base color. There are touches of red, white, and blue sky. The edges of the fabric have a split design that makes Yura's red boots a statement piece.

These calf-high red boots make Yura's appearance very playful. A fun outfit combination, isn't it?

Dream - Yura Yunita has just completed her Umrah pilgrimage with her husband, Donne Maula. During her time in the Holy Land, this solo singer looked graceful in her hijab attire.
