This is Inara Rusli's Explanation of Asking Virgoun to Stay 10 Km Away from Her House

Dream - Inara Rusli's legal representative, Mulkan Let-Let, explained his client's request for Virgoun to stay 10 kilometers away from her house after they divorce. According to him, Inara wants Virgoun to keep his distance from their children.

"We are asking for a distance between Virgoun and the children," said Mulkan Let-Let in West Jakarta on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

Mulkan added that Inara included this request in her divorce lawsuit because the issue of child custody is part of the main dispute in their divorce case. "Children are also involved in the case because there is a dispute over child custody," Mulkan continued.

However, Mulkan further explained that the requirement to stay 10 kilometers away only applies when Virgoun wants to approach Inara's house. Because recently, when their daughter had her birthday, Inara Rusli allowed the Last Child vocalist to meet them.

"If not (restricted) all this time. Virgoun came to celebrate Starla's birthday this month, there were no restrictions," said Mulkan.

In Divorce Lawsuit, Inara Rusli Asks for Child Support and Child Care Costs of Rp110 Million Per Month, as well as Rp10 Billion in Cash

Dream - Inara Rusli is filing for divorce from Virgoun at the West Jakarta Religious Court. In the lawsuit, Inara makes several demands, ranging from child support to hadhanah, or expenses for caring for their children.

According to Inara's lawyer, Arjana Bagaskara, his client demands that Virgoun pay child care costs amounting to Rp50 million per month. The hadhanah must be provided until each of their children reaches the age of 21.

"It is ordered that Virgoun pay hadhanah in the amount of Rp50 million each month until they reach the age of 21, in cash," said Arjana Bagaskara, as quoted from Cumi Cumi.

Inara also asks Virgoun to provide child support for their three children. The child support money must be given to each child until they reach adulthood.

"Furthermore, it is ordered that Virgoun pay child support in the amount of Rp60 million per month until they reach the age of 21, in cash, even after the divorce verdict, although there is a legal appeal process," added Arjuna.

Is that all? There's more. Inara also demands that Virgoun provide mut'ah support amounting to Rp10 billion in cash.

Mut'ah support or consolation is a provision from a former husband to his former wife who has been divorced, in the form of money or other items.

Inara is determined to maintain custody of her children. However, she is still open to reconciling with Virgoun.

"I have to fight for custody of my children, but if the other party wants to reconcile, I am open to it," said Inara Rusli.

In addition to child support, Inara also asks Virgoun to stay at least 10 kilometers away from her house.

"Therefore, we are not only filing for divorce but also requesting a provision. Firstly, we request an interim court order for Virgoun to stay at least 10 km away from Inara and their children's residence," said Arjuna.
