رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ Translation: "Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people."
Rabbanaa afrigh 'alainaa shabran wa tsabbit aqdamana wanshurnaa 'alal qaumil kaafiriin. Translation: Our Lord, pour upon us patience and make our steps firm and help us against the disbelieving people.

Translated: "It means: 'Oh our Lord, grant us patience, strengthen our resolve, and help us against the disbelievers.'"

Prayer to be Protected from Oppressors

When someone oppresses us, ask for help from Allah by reciting the following prayer: "حسبي الله لديني، حسبي الله لدنياي، حسبي الله لمن أهمني، حسبي الله لمن بفاعلي، حسبي الله لمن كادني بسوءٍ ولا قوة إلا بالله".

"Sufficient is Allah as my helper in my religion, sufficient is Allah as my helper in my world, sufficient is Allah as my helper against anything that troubles me, sufficient is Allah as my helper against those who oppress me.
