Allah SWT prohibits His servants from committing injustice, as explained in Surah Hud verse 18: "And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah? Those will be presented before their Lord, and the witnesses will say, 'These are the ones who lied against their Lord.' Unquestionably, the curse of Allah is upon the wrongdoers." (Quran, Hud: 18)

When oppressed by others, it is best for us not to hold grudges and desires for revenge with evil. Instead, it is better for us to respond with kindness as taught by the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. In addition to responding with kindness, Dream's companions can also recite prayers to retaliate against those who oppress us. The prayers offered are certainly good hopes. Well, here are some prayers that you can practice when oppressed by others.

The first prayer that Dream's friend can recite is a prayer for forgiveness for those who have done wrong. Here is the recitation: للَّهُمَّ اعْفُ عَمَّنْ ظَلَمَنِيْ، اللَّهُمَّ اعْفُ عَمَّنْ ظَلَمَنِيْ، اللَّهُمَّ اعْفُ عَمَّنْ ظَلَمَنِيْ. Allahumma'fu 'amman dhalamani, allahumma'fu 'amman dhalamani, allahumma'fu 'amman dhalamani. It means: "O Allah, forgive those who have wronged me. O Allah, forgive those who have wronged me. O Allah, forgive those who have wronged me."

When faced with an oppression, we need to ask Allah SWT to be given a better replacement. إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ. اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي وَأَخْلِفْ لِي خَيْرًا مِنْهَا. Meaning: "Indeed, we belong to Allah and indeed to Him we will return. O Allah, reward me in my affliction and give me a better replacement than it."
