Considering that a daycare, which should be a safe place for babies and parents who leave their children, has instead ended in violence."

 The children at the daycare were also not fed and left to starve. Meanwhile, Meita Irianty, the owner of the daycare in Depok, committed abuse against the children under the pretext of being overwhelmed. In fact, at that time, Meita was four months pregnant. Psychologist Annisa R. Anggunani expressed regret that the acts of abuse were carried out by people who care for babies and children every day. According to her, this happened due to poor emotional management.

"Bisa jadi karena pengelolaan emosinya kurang baik, sehingga tekanan yang seharusnya diselesaikan sendiri tapi dilampiaskan ke orang lain," kata Annisa kepada Dream beberapa waktu lalu. "There could be external factors, for example, problems outside. Children, as individuals who lack power, become outlets because they may need to express emotions to someone who makes them feel more empowered; in this case, the child is in a weak position," said the master's student in Psychology at Gadjah Mada University (UGM)."

"The only thing people think about daycare is just child custody, which makes people 'simplify' the process in daycare. In fact, taking care of children requires a lot of skills, and not everyone can do that. And maybe the licensing process shouldn't be that easy. It's not that easy. So it's understandable that this has only come to light now because not all businesses take it seriously," he explained."
