“Suspected perpetrators of pornography crimes by performing naked dances and engaging in sexual scenes using aids via streaming on the hot51 application,” he explained. From the case, the police secured evidence including several units of mobile phones, one live host account, a ring light, one black mask, one sexual aid, three bundles of bank statements from the three suspects, and three various ATM cards.

"Gift or gifts given during the live streaming take the form of images with varying amounts, ranging from Rp20 thousand to Rp2.4 million. It depends on the games played by the host. “Meanwhile, agencies and admins receive a profit of 10 percent. So from that 10 percent, it is divided in a ratio of 70:30 between the agent and the admin from the gift per talent,” he revealed."

The suspect FSF admitted to committing the act due to economic factors and was tempted by the profits gained from live streaming work under the guise of pornography. FSF stated that her husband only knows her as a social media influencer and is unaware of the pornography business she is involved in.

As a result of their actions, the three suspects face multiple charges under Article 34, 35, 36 of Law number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography with a maximum prison sentence of 12 years and a fine of Rp6 billion. Then Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE carries a maximum prison sentence of 12 years and/or a fine of up to Rp6 billion.
