Dream - The convicted family of the murder case of Vina and Eky Cirebon reported Iptu Rudiana to Bareskrim Polri. They reported Eky's father regarding allegations of criminal acts committed in 2016.

The personal actions of Iptu Rudiana in 2016 became the reason why his party did not report it to Propam Polri. According to Roely, the making of the report falls within the realm of criminal acts. "Therefore, what he did, such as making arrests, exerting pressure, and so on, is what we will report," he said.
However, Roely did not detail the alleged articles violated by Iptu Rudiana. He only explained that the report was related to allegations of assault towards the inmate in the murder case of Vina. "It's already there, automatically included in it (the report related to the allegations of assault)," he said.
"At the same time, Gerindra Party politician Dedi Mulyadi mentioned that the report to Iptu Rudiana can be used as a basis for filing a Review (PK)."
"They (the family of the convicted in the Vina case) will report Iptu Rudiana, so with this report of Iptu Rudiana, we hope that there are already three reports submitted today, Bareskrim to immediately process it so that later we have sufficient grounds to submit a request for PK."

The convicted persons in the Vina Cirebon case, namely Rivaldi Aditya Wardana, Eko Ramadhani, Jaya, Supriyanto, Eka Sandi, Hadi Saputra, and Sudirman, have reported several parties.
The report was submitted to the Bareskrim Polri regarding false statements against key witnesses Aep, Dede, and RT Abdul Pasren. The investigation material from Bareskrim Polri on the submitted reports will be used as novum for the Review (PK) to the Supreme Court (MA).
