"Netanyahu is reported to have given the 'green light' for the expulsion policy. Several officials have started discussions with Congo as one of the possible destinations. Most of the 2.3 million residents of Gaza have been displaced due to the Israeli attacks. The attacks have killed at least 22,313 people, the majority of whom are women and children, and injured 57,296 people."

"Kongo will be willing to accept migrants, and we are negotiating with other parties," said a senior source in the Israeli war cabinet. Last Monday, at a Likud party meeting, Netanyahu fully supported the idea, stating: "Our problem is finding countries willing to accept them (Palestinian citizens), and we are working on it."

"On Tuesday, the US criticized far-right Israeli ministers Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich for proposing the expulsion of Palestinian citizens from Gaza. However, Netanyahu's support and implementation, which led to secret negotiations between the Israeli government and the Democratic Republic of Congo, appear to be a concrete step towards realizing the displacement of Gaza residents."

The Israeli government describes the policy as voluntary migration. However, statements from senior cabinet ministers indicate that the entire policy depends on Israel. As a result, Gaza inevitably becomes an uninhabitable place for civilians, essentially forcing Palestinians to leave Gaza.
