Dream - A viral video on social media shows a chaotic scene inside an airplane cabin. The passengers on the plane were angry because they felt hot. The recording of the chaotic cabin scene was taken inside a Batik Air plane bound for Makassar-Jakarta. The plane experienced a blackout and the air conditioning stopped working after arriving at Soekarno Hatta Airport on Thursday, September 7, 2023. The video, uploaded by the Instagram account @fakta.jakarta, shows panicked and enraged passengers.
This is the appearance of Batik Air passengers on the Makassar to Jakarta route who went berserk when the plane's lights and air conditioning went out.

There was a passenger who was so upset that he started cursing at the flight attendant, to the point of using offensive words because of his extreme frustration.
"Open Emergency Door"
"Because of the frustration with this situation, there were several passengers who wanted to open the emergency door because they felt hot and there was no response from Batik Air to open the aircraft door. 'What's going on, there's a little child here,' said a passenger."
"Seeing the deteriorating condition, the flight attendant requested that the passengers not panic and not open the emergency door. 'Yes, sorry, hold on, please don't open it, please don't open it,' said the flight attendant while shouting."
"90 Minutes Unable to Exit"
According to the confession of one passenger, the power went out and the AC was turned off for quite a long time. "We landed at 19:10, and for almost 90 minutes, there was no action taken. The pilot informed us (passengers) to be patient. However, after that, the situation was that for 90 minutes, we were not allowed to exit, the lights were turned off, and there was no air," said one passenger.
