Dream - Every human being has the same amount of time in a day, which is 24 hours. During those times, we engage in activities from morning until evening as a form of worship with the aim of seeking a blessed life. When starting activities in the morning, it is advisable to make a habit of praying so that every step is always blessed.
When finished with activities in the evening, we also close it by saying a prayer. Prayers in the morning and evening are a source of strength that must be believed to bring miracles that are sometimes unexpected by those who regularly perform them.
Reading the morning and evening prayers is an effort of a Muslim to seek goodness throughout their activities. The morning and evening prayers usually consist of requests for ease in matters and tasks that have been or will be carried out, always given by Allah SWT. As an act of worship, practicing the morning and evening prayers undoubtedly holds many virtues for those who do it regularly. By offering supplications to Allah SWT, we believe in the protection from the interference of Satan while carrying out those activities.
"(Quran Surah Al-A'raf verses 200-201)"
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of His creation. (Narrated by Muslim and Ibn Sinni)
"Allah, indeed I bear witness that I have witnessed You and I bear witness to the angels who carry Your Throne, Your angels, and all of Your creation that You are Allah, there is no god but You, and Muhammad is Your servant and messenger." (Narrated by Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi)
Allāhumma fātiḥaras samāwāti wal ardhi, ‘ālimal ghaibi was syahādah, rabba kulli syai’in wa malikah, asyhadi an lā ilāha illā anta. A‘ūdzu bika min syarri nafsī wa syarris syathāni wa syirkih. O Allah, the opener of the heavens and the earth, the knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Lord of everything and its owner, I bear witness that there is no deity except You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself, the evil of Satan and his associates.
"O my Lord, the creator of the heavens and the earth, who knows the unseen and the seen, the lord and ruler of everything. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self, the evil of Satan and his allies." (Narrated by Abu Dawud and At-Turmudzi)
In the name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing. The meaning is: "With the name of Allah, the One by Whose name nothing in the earth or in the heavens can cause harm. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing." (Narrated by Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi)
"Allah, I bear witness that I have witnessed You and witnessed the carriers of Your Throne, Your angels, and all of Your creation that You are Allah, there is no god but You, and Muhammad is Your servant and messenger." (Narrated by Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidzi)
Translation: O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I am faithful to my covenant with You as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me, and I confess my sins. So forgive me, for no one can forgive sins except You.
O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You who created me. And I am Your servant, and I will be faithful to my promise to You as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge all Your blessings upon me and I acknowledge all my sins. So forgive me, for truly no one can forgive sins except You.
