Dream - Monash University Indonesia became the first foreign university in the homeland to celebrate its second graduation with a larger and more diverse number of graduates. Held at Fairmont Hotel Jakarta on July 19, 2024, this graduation ceremony marks the academic achievement of 56 graduates who are ready to make significant contributions in overcoming various challenges in achieving Indonesia's Golden Vision 2045.
A total of 48 students who were graduated that day were Monash University, Indonesia graduates in the Master of Business Innovation, Master of Data Science, Master of Public Policy and Management, and Master of Urban Design programs.
As for the other 8 students who participated in the graduation ceremony, they came from Monash University, Malaysia and Monash University, Australia.
This event was also attended directly by several government representatives, industries, international organizations, as well as the relatives of the graduates. "Today, we celebrate the achievements of our postgraduate students, as well as our commitment to addressing global challenges such as climate change, geopolitical security, and community development. Not only that, Monash University has also achieved two new awards, namely ranking 37th in the QS World University Rankings and being included in the top 50 Best Global Universities Ranking by USNWR 2024-25," said Professor Matthew Nicholson, President of Monash University, Indonesia, in his press release.

Graduates from relevant master's programs, Monash University, Indonesia, are equipped with the skills and knowledge to always stay relevant in the ever-evolving industry landscape.
This also answers the challenges found by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) research entitled Asia Pacific Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey 2024, which revealed that half of the global workforce (including Indonesia) is vulnerable to the impact of changes due to rapid technological advancements, such as artificial intelligence (AI).

In three years since its operation started in October 2021, Monash University, Indonesia offers eight programs, namely Master of Marketing & Digital Communications and Master of Sustainability.
In addition, Monash University, Indonesia is also registered as a destination for LPDP domestic scholarship programs and Australia Awards Indonesia through the Nusantara Scholarship.
