Dream - A grandmother from Durham, England named Helen Taylor was forced to be kicked out of the plane when she was about to go on vacation with her husband. Taylor didn't accept being kicked out and being called a flight threat just because she was sweating.

According to the NY Post, Taylor and her husband have paid Rp55 million to buy their vacation tickets. They both plan to vacation by taking a plane at Newcastle International Airport. Unexpectedly, on the day of the trip, the woman was expelled by the airline just before boarding the aircraft cabin.

Initially, she asked permission from the flight attendant to go to the toilet. Due to going through menopause, as well as suffering from type 2 diabetes, this middle-aged woman appeared sweaty when she came out of the toilet.

Flight attendants who observed her behavior felt that Taylor's attitude was a bit strange. The cabin crew then approached and asked about Taylor's condition.

Taylor then explained that she is experiencing menopause. This condition is what makes her body always sweat. She also added, two minutes of rest, her condition will return to normal.

After 10 minutes passed, this woman was shocked to receive the decision that she could not fly to enjoy her vacation. The airline considered Taylor a flight threat. Taylor said that initially the pilot defended her and decided she could still fly. However, due to regulations, the pilot still had to approve the flight crew and made her have to leave the plane.

Taylor called the reason for the airline crew's actions very unreasonable. He also felt treated unfairly. He also considered the decision was made by forcing him out of the plane.

The airline also promised to refund their duty-free purchases, before that they also had to undergo immigration checks. A spokesperson for Jet2, who investigated Taylor's case, stated that the airline has provided clarification. The decision was made for health, welfare, and passenger safety reasons, which are always the top priority. Despite receiving complaints from passengers, the airline must still comply with aviation regulations.

Taylor still disagrees with the airline's decision, she criticizes and states that the cabin crew should not be able to make such decisions.

"They make decisions based on evidence that cannot be justified because they are not doctors," he explained to Chronicle Live. Then Taylor also said that the airline did not provide medical assistance or mobility when disembarking from the plane. They forced her to leave and then left her without any assistance with her luggage. "And this is when they say that I am not fit to fly," concluded the middle-aged woman to Chronicle Live."
