As information, Indonesian Democracy Defenders Team Coordinator (TPDI) Erick Samuel reported Jokowi, Anwar Usman, Gibran, and Kaesang to the Leadership of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). This report was made after the Constitutional Court's decision to grant the lawsuit regarding the age limit of presidential and vice-presidential candidates. In its ruling, the Constitutional Court approved the minimum age limit for presidential and vice-presidential candidates at 40 years old or having previously served as a regional leader. "Reporting allegations of collusion and nepotism allegedly committed by our President Joko Widodo with the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Anwar, as well as Gibran and Kaesang, among others," said Erick.

"It seems like there is an intentional element that is being allowed in handling this case. What we see is the alleged collusion of nepotism between the chairman of the Constitutional Court as the head of the panel of judges with President Jokowi, with his nephew Gibran, and with Kaesang," said Erick. The report has been received by the public complaint department. He hopes that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will follow up on the report. "We'll just wait for the follow-up action. This is an alleged collusion of nepotism. How can we enforce the law? This also relates to corruption issues that wouldn't happen if the leader has already violated the law. Who would listen? Who would be respected?" he said."
