"Today I am from a minority, whether it be in terms of ethnicity, race, or religion. But thank God because in Kaimana there is no differentiation based on these aspects, ethnicity, race, and so on. So, this is a good foundation for Kaimana, we must sell this," he said. Although being the first Chinese descent regent in Papua, Freddy admitted to being born and raised in Papua."

"I am honestly of Chinese descent. My father, my mother are native Chinese. We were born and raised in Papua. Of course, we also eat and drink Papua's water. I want to say that our behavior is also the behavior of Papua," he concluded. Therefore, Freddy does not want to waste the trust given by the community to lead Kaimana.
