Ari conveyed that the government respects the final and binding decision of the Constitutional Court (MK). He ensured that the government of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) remains committed to completing all work programs during the remaining term. "The government remains committed to completing all government work programs that have been planned until the end of the administration in October 2024," he said.

According to Hasyim, there are three important things in today's Constitutional Court decision. First, all the main requests submitted by Candidate Pair 01 and 03 have been declared legally groundless. Second, as a consequence, all the main requests have been rejected in their entirety. Third, as a consequence, KPU Decree Number 360 of 2024 regarding the determination of the 2024 national election results is declared correct and still valid.
