Dream - A judge has a very heavy task. He is responsible for deciding cases in accordance with applicable law. Therefore, a judge has specific requirements to be able to carry out his duties. He must have high integrity, sufficient experience, and extensive knowledge in the field of law. In Islam itself, the job of a judge is not simple. Because all responsibilities for his duties will be accounted for in the afterlife.

As supreme judges, they also have the responsibility to lead the court and oversee the performance of judges under them. To become a supreme judge, one must meet certain qualifications. They must have high integrity, adequate experience, and deep knowledge in the field of law.

After passing the selection, the candidate for supreme court judge will be appointed by the president as a supreme court judge. In his hadith, he said that a fair and honest judge will receive a noble reward, which is entering heaven. "There are three groups of judges, one group in heaven and the other two groups in hell. As for those in heaven, they are the ones who know the truth and decide (cases) with justice. As for those who know the truth but decide (cases) unjustly, they are in hell."

And whoever decides a matter for people with ignorance, then he is in Hellfire. [HR. Tirmidzi, Ibn Majah and others with the wording from the narration of Ibn Majah. Al Albani includes it in the book Sahih Ibn Majah no 2315] However, on the contrary, a corrupt and unjust judge will face a severe punishment, which is to enter Hellfire. This emphasizes the importance of justice in carrying out the duty as a judge, because they have the power to determine someone's fate.

So, the saying of the Prophet emphasizes that those in power, such as judges, must act with justice and honesty in order to receive a good reward in the afterlife, and reminds of the negative consequences for those who are corrupt and unfair.
