That is what happened to Fan Zihe. He used to be a farmer's child in Pakistan, but now he has become a model and a sensation on Chinese social media. Fan Zihe now lives in Henan Province. The model, known as Xiao Hei Ni or Little Black Girls, was adopted by a Chinese couple who worked in Pakistan 20 years ago.

Now, Fan Zihe, who is currently viral on Chinese social media, is very fluent in Mandarin. In 2021, he uploaded a video of himself eating Henan cuisine and speaking Henan dialect fluently. The video quickly spread on Chinese social networks. Now, Fan Zihe has 546,000 followers on Weibo, a Chinese social media platform.

"Nevertheless, Fan Zihe denied it. He claimed to be happy with the appreciation given by Chinese netizens. He even identified himself as a Chinese person. 'I have been living in Fanzhuang Village, Rzhou City, Henan since childhood,' said Fan Zihe."

He admits that people who do not know him look at him strangely. He does indeed look different from most local people. Nevertheless, he says that his parents raised him well. "My family is not wealthy, but my parents have never treated me badly. They love me in their own way," said Fan Zihe. The fame certainly made many social media companies approach him with very tempting contracts. However, Fan Zihe rejected them with the reason of not wanting to commercialize his fame quickly.

Fan Zihe does already have an income. He earns a living through various modeling jobs and farming in his village. Fan Zihe also helps his family's business and earns 4000 yuan or around Rp8.8 million per month. However, Zihe admitted that he wants to become a live streamer and sell products from his village while promoting Henan as a tourist destination.
