Dream - Ahead of returning to their respective countries, Dream and the HalalTrip group had the opportunity to indulge themselves by enjoying various local entertainment and culture. Dream visited Oasis & Spa Resort, which is a nearly 10-hectare desert. Not only entertainment and attractions, this resort also has a high historical value.
When arriving at the resort, Dream was invited to enter an area that offers various cultural values of Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
One of them is a dome built to store water in the middle of the desert.
In the middle of the building, there is a pool of water with a depth of more than 5 meters. The collected water will be distributed to several areas that are in the form of deserts and used for watering plants.
In the same place, there are also several sellers of typical souvenirs from Bukhara, Uzbekistan. If you have the opportunity to come, you can buy souvenirs such as head coverings, outerwear, pouches, and accessories like necklaces and bracelets.
"On the other hand, there are various local dishes and snacks that can be tried for free."
Like the Arab region, in this place visitors can find snacks in the form of nuts and various types of chocolate that are favorites of the local residents.
Fruits such as grapes, oranges, and pomegranates that have a sweet and refreshing taste are also favorites of the local residents.
Various types of bread dishes can be found at the event. The fillings of the bread dishes are quite diverse, ranging from vegetables to seasoned meat.
It is incomplete if you haven't seen Plov or Osh, which is made as the main dish of Uzbekistan residents. The cooking method shown in the picture above enhances the aroma of Osh and makes it more delicious when eaten.
After exploring a small part of the Oasis & Spa Resort, Dream and the HalalTrip group enjoyed a lunch accompanied by music.
During lunch, the music changed to a more upbeat tone, and the locals started inviting people to dance together in the middle of the room. This has become a local tradition when celebrating or organizing certain events.
After eating, Dream was invited to watch Kopkari as well as other games and attractions at Oasis & Spa Resort. Kopkari itself is a competition to win a goat by riding a horse.
Participants will try to get their goats. If successful, participants can get various prizes such as LED TVs, microwaves, or water heaters.
The translation of the given 'Bahasa' text to 'English' while preserving any html tags is: "Horse riders can also play archery as shown in the picture above."
Competition in martial arts like the picture below is called Kurash. One of the players who fight must successfully bring down the opponent until the side of their arm touches the ground.
There is also a weightlifting competition using a 24-kilogram kettlebell in both hands. In this picture, a Japanese Halal Influencer is seen attempting to lift the kettlebell with both hands.
"Before moving to another area, Dream was invited to witness the performance carried out by local residents. The ability to perform this attraction has been passed down from generation to generation by the families living around Oasis."
The event concluded with a press conference, dinner reception, entertainment, as well as the presentation of honorary certificates and souvenirs to tourists from various countries.
The end of the Dream journey at Oasis & Spa Resort also marks the closing of the Ziyarah Forum Week 2023 in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. The weather around has become colder. Rain starts to fall in some parts of Bukhara. If Sahabat Dream wants to visit the same place, come in early or mid-November to ensure the air remains cool and not soaked by rain.
