Tip 1: Using Contact Lenses

Use contact lenses that have a contrasting colored ring or edge. Choose a ring that is soft and neutral in color to look more natural when worn.

Tip 2: Using Eyeshadow

Focus the application of eyeshadow on the outer corner and blend it slightly higher than the crease of the eye. Also apply it on the lower outer corner and blend it outward using a brush or finger.

Use shimmer eyeshadow only on the center of the eyelid. Add shimmer or highlighter to the inner corner.

Don't create a wing right from the outer corner. Create a new outer corner line before making the wing like Regina does. Fill in the inner part of the wing to tidy up its appearance. This way, the eyes will look bigger. Use white eyeliner on the lower waterline near the inner corner.
