- Butter

- 2 tablespoons of roasted glutinous rice

- 3 tablespoons of tamarind

- 5 tablespoons of fish sauce

- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon of chili powder

- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

- 2 limes

- 1 shallot

 

Salad Ingredients:

- Mint leaves

- Lettuce

- Green smith apple

- 1 chili pepper

 

How to Make:

- Prepare 400 grams of meat, then place it on a flat and clean plate and clean the meat by wiping it with a tissue until dry. Make sure you do not wash the meat with water so that the nutrients inside do not disappear

- Season the entire area of the meat with salt and pepper according to taste. Let it sit for a few minutes for the seasoning to absorb perfectly.
