"300 gr snapper fish fillet2 stalks of green onion, finely sliced2 red tomatoes, cut into 4 pieces2 stalks of lemongrass, crushed and bruised6 kaffir lime leaves1 tsp salt2 tbsp lime juice1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp granulated sugar1 tbsp lime juice, for brushing4 tbsp cooking oil"

10 cloves of shallots5 cloves of garlic3 candlenuts2 cm of turmeric and ginger1 ¼ tsp of salt and granulated sugar

Ingredients Papeda:

100 gr sago flour 1200 ml water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp granulated sugar

"How to Make:"

Cut the fish fillet into 3 cm pieces. Marinate with lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside. Grind all the seasoning ingredients. Prepare a frying pan, add a little oil and sauté the ground seasoning. Stir until fragrant. Add lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Stir again. Add water and sugar. Stir and cook over medium heat until boiling. Add the fish pieces, tomatoes, and spring onions. Stir and cook until the fish is cooked.

Add lime juice. Stir and set aside. To make papeda: dissolve sago flour with 300 ml of water. Add salt and sugar. Stir. Prepare another pot, boil the remaining water and gradually pour the flour mixture into the boiling water while stirring until thickened.
