Recipe Jasuka (Corn Milk Cheese) Creamy

Ingredients:3 pieces of sweet corn2 tablespoons of cornstarch2 tablespoons of butter500 ml of full cream milk2-3 sachets of condensed milk100 grams of grated cheese

How to Make: Clean the corn, peel it first. Then, boil until cooked. Lift, drain. Mix liquid milk, condensed milk, and grated cheese into a pan. Stir well, then cook until the milk is warm. Add the cornstarch solution, stir and cook until boiling. Add the peeled corn and butter, stir until well mixed. Pour into cups, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.

Recipe Dessert Box Creamy Corn

Cake Base Ingredients: 3 eggs, 90 grams of granulated sugar, 90 grams of rice flour, 30 grams of glutinous rice flour, 65 ml of instant coconut milk, 2 drops of pandan flavored food coloring. Vla Ingredients: 100 ml of condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

How to make: Beat eggs, sugar, and SP until fluffy. Add rice flour, glutinous rice flour, salt, and coconut milk gradually while stirring continuously until well mixed. Divide the dough into 2 parts, mix one part with pandan paste. Prepare a 10x20 cm baking pan, line it with baking paper. Pour the pandan dough and the white dough into separate pans. Heat the steamer, steam the cake dough over low-medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

To make Vla: mix all ingredients except cornstarch, cook until boiling. Thicken with cornstarch solution, stir well. Cook until bubbling. Cool, put into a piping bag. To make butter cream: mix all ingredients, beat until pale. Put into a piping bag. Prepare a 150 ml dessert box, cut the cake to fit the size. Put Vla on top, sprinkle with boiled corn and grated cheese. Layer pandan cake on top, add butter cream, sprinkle with corn and grated cheese again. Ready to serve. Source: Diadona.
