Move jobs or decide to start a business, every employee has the right to determine their own life. Employers should not force an employee to stay if it is no longer possible. However, an employee should separate from their old workplace in a good manner. Separating from comrades at work is also one of the difficult things to do. However, that step must be taken for a better future.

"Dear Allah, with gratitude and sadness, we bid farewell to our brothers/sisters who have been part of our team. We beseech You, may You always protect and bless their steps in the future. May every step they take in the future be filled with ease, success, and blessings. Make every challenge an opportunity for growth and development, and make every failure a valuable lesson."

We also beseech You, O Allah, to grant them strength and resilience in facing every obstacle. Grant them courage to embrace change and adapt to new environments. Amidst the sadness of this separation, we are also grateful for all the beautiful memories and valuable experiences we have shared together. May the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation that have been forged remain intact despite the distance between us. We pray that their steps are always guided by the light of Your guidance and that they always find safety in every journey of their lives. Amen.

We beseech You, O Allah, to always protect our brothers/sisters in every step of their life's journey. Grant them strength and perseverance to face any challenges they may encounter in the future. You, who are All-Knowing, You, who are Most Merciful, we also pray to You to bestow blessings and success upon our brothers/sisters in all aspects of their lives. Make every step they take a step towards goodness and glory.

May the togetherness and cooperation that we have done become valuable provision for their journey in a new place. Accept our prayers, dear Allah, as an expression of gratitude for all the blessings and favors that You have bestowed upon us through the presence of these brothers/sisters. Grant them the courage to make the best decisions and move forward towards success. You who knows all, You who are the Most Merciful, we also ask You to open the best path for them to achieve their aspirations and dreams. Give them abundant blessings and opportunities to develop and contribute their best for the good of the people and the nation.
