Dream - Every employee will receive a salary. However, not all workers receive a high salary. This high salary is certainly a dream for many workers. Obtaining a large salary is not impossible. Here is a list of the top 5 highest-paying jobs in Indonesia:
1. C-Suite (Corporate Suite)
According to ocbc.id, the highest paying job in Indonesia is the corporate suite level, or individuals with the title of Chief/Director. Based on the latest data in 2021, CEO salaries in Indonesia can reach up to Rp130 million to Rp250 million. However, such high salaries can only be obtained by Chiefs in unicorn-level companies or above.
2. Banking Manager
The next high-paying job is a banking manager, starting from the Regional, Senior, to the General Manager (GM) level. For branch level alone, a banking manager's salary can range from Rp25 million to Rp40 million. Meanwhile, at the regional level, a banking manager's salary can reach Rp80 million to Rp150 million.
3. Mining and Petroleum Expert
Want to get a job with a high salary even though the level is still a technical worker? The mining and oil industry can be an option. Based on a survey in 2021, the salary of technical workers in the mining industry can reach Rp13 million-Rp15 million per month.
4. Financial Head Manager (also an Investor of the Company)
Becoming a financial manager and investor of a company is one of the high-paying and challenging jobs. If the investment decisions and budgeting made by the manager are appropriate, then a financial manager will receive multiplied bonuses.
However, when their decision is wrong, the financial manager risks losing their job. In Indonesia, the salary of a company's financial manager ranges from Rp10 million to Rp80 million.
5. Construction Head Manager
The next highest paid job in Indonesia is Head Manager in the construction field, with 10 to 15 years of experience.
At this level of experience, a Construction Head Manager can earn a salary of Rp80 million to Rp250 million per month. This salary does not include commissions from successfully winning projects for the company.
