The appointment of two new names to the position of commissioners of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is the result of the annual general meeting of shareholders (RUPST). "Yes, Mr. Fauzi Baadila as an independent commissioner of PosIND," said VP Corporate Communication of Pos Indonesia, Heri Nugrahanto quoted from Liputan6.com, Friday, July 19, 2024.
This determination was conveyed during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) for the 2023 Fiscal Year of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Fauzi Baadilla is also known as an actor who has starred in many Indonesian films.
In the AGM, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises also confirmed the termination of Guntur Iman Nofianto on April 1, 2024. This termination is determined in relation to the end of his term at PosIND.
