Dream - Abdi Negara Nurdin or Abdee Slank resigned as Commissioner of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM), in order to support presidential candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD. Slank band group officially declared their support together with Slankers at Potlot Studio, South Jakarta on Saturday, January 20, 2024.

The position of commissioner receives income from the company, commonly referred to as remuneration. At Telkom, the remuneration policy for the board of commissioners is determined based on Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number PER-12/MBU/11/2020 concerning the fifth amendment to Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number PER-04/MBU/2014 concerning guidelines for determining the income of directors, commissioners, and supervisors of state-owned enterprises.

There are facilities consisting of health and legal assistance, as well as bonuses or work incentives where in bonuses, additional long-term awards can be given. Quoting the Telkom Indonesia 2022 annual report, the remuneration paid by Telkom to all board of commissioners serving in the period 2022 and previous periods amounted to Rp 119.25 billion.

As for Abdee Slank, who serves as an independent commissioner, he receives an honorarium and allowances amounting to Rp 3.63 billion, as well as a bonus of Rp 7.22 billion. Thus, the total remuneration that Abdee Slank receives reaches Rp 10.85 billion.
