The second lie that can be done during a job interview is stating the intention to apply for a new company. Bonnie admits that many job applicants want money and benefits when deciding to apply for a new job. On the contrary, Bonnie advises the candidates to calm the hearts of prospective bosses with sweet talks about the mission for the company. "Tell them why you are excited about the company's mission, why this job is your life's work, and why you are a perfect fit for the company's culture," she said.

Finally, another important lie is when asked about future plans. Bonnie also knows that applicants may leave when they find a better job or treat it only as a time filler. However, she doesn't care about that. She says that job candidates must answer the plan question as best as possible.
