"Dream - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will hold the first cabinet meeting in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) on August 12, 2024. Jokowi has instructed all ministers to be present in IKN for the meeting. This was conveyed by the Minister of State Secretary, Pratikno. He also informed that Jokowi will head to IKN next week."
"Nanti. Ya, minggu depan," said Pratikno as quoted by Liputan6.com, Monday, August 5, 2024. Pratikno confirmed that his visit is to hold a cabinet meeting attended by all ministers. "That's the plan, yes, (the cabinet meeting on August 12, 2024)," he said briefly.
"Previously, the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono stated that President Jokowi will return to the office in IKN from July 11 to 14, 2024. In addition to the cabinet meeting, Jokowi will also attend the groundbreaking of a project in IKN."
