"He has 16 assets of land and buildings with a total value of Rp137,483,000,000. These assets are located in North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and South Jakarta."

As for the transportation tools and machines it owns, they are valued at Rp20,132,000,000, consisting of 26 assets. Some cars included in the list are Ferrari 266 car from 2012 (Rp2.5 billion), BMW 1.8 car from 2017 (Rp2.65 billion), Porsche 9E3 RS car from 2016 (Rp6.6 billion), Tesla X75D car from 2018 (Rp2.8 billion), and there is also a Harley Davidson Road Glide motorcycle from 2022 (Rp1.66 billion).

As for other movable assets, they are valued at Rp107,414,500,000. Then there are securities worth Rp60 million. Cash and cash equivalents amount to Rp84,315,859,876. However, he has debts amounting to Rp50,601,756,715, so the total value of his assets is recorded at Rp298,803,603,161 (Rp298 billion).
