Dream - The government continues to refine the scenario for the transfer of civil servants (ASN) to the Nusantara Capital (IKN). This is to ensure that the government's performance in IKN remains productive when it has moved to IKN. Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, said that President Jokowi asked his party to coordinate several scenarios, ranging from ideal scenarios to gradual scenarios.

The Ministry of PANRB also continues to map the number of civil servants who will move to work at IKN. According to Anas, the dynamics related to the relocation of civil servants continue to develop, adjusting to the development capacity at IKN as well as the number of residential units that will be ready to be occupied in the future.

According to Anas, in order to prepare the scenario for the transfer of civil servants, they did not work alone. In parallel, the scenario was prepared together with the IKN Authority (OIKN), the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), and the Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN)/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas).

Then the Ministry of State Secretariat (Kemensetneg), Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), and Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). In addition, coordination is also carried out with defense and security elements involving the Ministry of Defense (Kemenhan), TNI, and Polri.

The Ministry of PANRB will also intensify coordination with various ministries and related institutions regarding the mapping data of the number of civil servants who will be transferred from each agency. In addition, Anas continued, the Ministry of PANRB is also asked to prepare the number of civil servant needs, both proposed by existing civil servants and those to be recruited, from each ministry and institution for placement at IKN.

According to the Minister of PANRB, in proposing the needs for the CASN Selection in 2024, special formations need to be prepared to work directly at IKN. Not only from the IKN Authority, but also from all central government elements that will move to IKN according to the stages.
