In that clarification, PT ABM Investama Tbk explained that PT Cipta Kridatama, as a subsidiary of the company, has a mining cooperation contract with PT Multi Harapan Utama (MHU). In that company, Harvey Moeis serves as the President Commissioner.

The contract agrees that PT Cipta Kridatama (CK) provides mining services such as coal transportation and heavy equipment rental. In this case, PT Cipta Kridatama and MHU only carry out cooperation according to the contract.

The collaboration between PT Cipta Kridatama and MHU is solely to develop business between the two companies. Therefore, PT ABM Investama Tbk does not record Harvey Moeis as a shareholder of the ABM Group.

The official clarification from PT ABM Investama Tbk also corrects the previous Dream news titled 'Money Machine' Series of Harvey Moeis, Sandra Dewi's Husband, who has just become a corruption suspect, which mentions Harvey Moeis as a shareholder of ABM Investama.

It is known that Harvey Moeis has been designated as a suspect in the case of corruption in the trade of Timas commodities in the Mining Business License (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk. from 2015 to 2022. Harvey is the 16th suspect with state losses reaching Rp271 trillion.
