Dream - Japan is one of the countries in Asia that is targeted by Indonesian citizens to work, because the salary in the Land of Sakura is higher than in the homeland. According to Nikkei Asia's report, the number of Indonesian migrant workers in Japan has increased almost threefold or 192.2 percent to 121,507 people in 2024 compared to 2018.
TikTok netizens with the account @juragan1105 have become one of the Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) who are now living in Japan. He often shares his activities in Japan.
However, what is interesting is that while most supervisors in the Land of Sakura are native Japanese, this man actually has a superior who comes from Madura, East Java.
