Dream - Danacita provides clarification regarding the use of Danacita services for the payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). The CEO of Danacita, Alfonsus Wibowo, emphasizes that as a Technology-Based Joint Funding Service (LPBBTI), Danacita has obtained a permit and is supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), based on OJK Commissioner Member Decision Number KEP-68/D.05/2021 dated August 2, 2021.

"Through a collaboration agreement with educational institutions, one of them being ITB, Danacita aims to play a role as an alternative solution for paying educational costs. 'We always uphold transparency and the principle of good faith. We also ensure that 100% of the funding is directly disbursed to the campus institution's account, not to individual students' or guardians' accounts, in order to guarantee that the funds are used solely for educational needs,' stated Alfonsus Wibowo in an official statement on Friday, February 2, 2024."

"Furthermore, Danacita claims to be committed to the principle of good faith in all operational aspects, including personal data protection and billing, as well as providing an early settlement program without additional fees. \u201cThere is no coercion towards prospective fund recipients, because Danacita is only one alternative solution for students and guardians in paying tuition fees,\u201d added Alfonsus Wibowo."

Danacita also prioritizes a thorough analysis and verification process to assess the ability of fund recipients (students and/or guardians) to repay the provided funding. Fund recipients who are under 21 years old or do not have sufficient income are required to submit an application to Danacita together with their parents or guardians.

"In the collection process, Danacita also ensures that the team communicating directly with the fund recipients has been certified and trained by AFPI. This also ensures that Danacita's operations, from the submission process to the collection process, are conducted with principles and ethics that comply with the standards set by the government."
