Dream - A recent study by YouGov and property consultant Knight Frank revealed that wealthy Muslims are very interested in utilizing the golden visa in Saudi Arabia to purchase property.

They are interested in buying properties in Mecca, Medina, and Riyadh. With a total investment worth almost US$2 billion or approximately Rp31,885 trillion.

The survey involved more than 500 wealthy individuals from nine countries with a significant Muslim population such as Algeria, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, and Turkey.

A total of 506 individuals involved in the survey are individuals with a personal net worth of more than US$500,000, this wealth does not include the value of their primary residence.

The rich people said that they are considering buying properties in those holy cities within the next 5 years. Then about 22 percent said that they are interested in buying within the next 12 months.

Muslim millionaires surveyed allocate an average budget of US$4.7 million or around Rp74.9 billion for a property in one of the two holy cities. With a total investment potential from all 506 respondents, it reaches nearly US$2 billion.
