He suggests fasting regularly. For Muslims, they can do voluntary fasting or practice intermittent fasting to protect cells from easy damage. This also includes not thinking too much about things beyond reach.
"So, how to stay young? Avoid overeating and overthinking," Dr. Hendri advised.
