Latest Honda Hybrid Car Appearance at GIIAS 2023

Dream - PT Honda Prospect Motor launched the latest generation of the All New Honda CR-V hybrid car at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2023.

The launch of the All New Honda CR-V also marks the beginning of the implementation of Honda electrification technology in Indonesia.

This legendary SUV model comes with a new design claimed by Honda to be more premium as a high-end SUV model. It also features high-tech features, especially in connectivity and driving safety.

Like the Honda Connect technology in Indonesia, which is introduced for the first time. It is an application to access various features and information in the car through the user's smartphone.

Meanwhile, the advanced safety features of Honda Sensing are present with more complete features on the All New Honda CR-V with the addition of Adaptive Driving Beam technology.

The All New Honda CR-V also offers a 1.5-liter Turbo engine variant with the same premium design and features, as well as a three-row seating configuration for spacious and comfortable seating for 7 passengers.

In this GIIAS event, Honda showcased 5 electric-based cars to offer environmentally friendly vehicle solutions.

In addition to the All New Honda CR-V, which uses e:HEV technology, Honda also showcased other hybrid models at the booth, namely the All New Honda Accord e:HEV.

Another hybrid model showcased at the Honda booth is the Honda CR-Z, which was previously marketed by Honda in Indonesia from 2013 to 2016.

For the first time in Indonesia, Honda also showcased a future environmentally friendly electric SUV called the Honda SUV e:Prototype.

This concept car was first introduced at the Auto Shanghai exhibition in 2021.

Honda also showcased another prototype of an electric-powered car, namely the Honda N-Van EV Prototype. The Honda N-Van model was first launched in 2018 and has become one of the best-selling minicars in Japan.

Honda plans to use the Honda N-Van EV Prototype for spare parts delivery from storage to several Honda dealers in the Jakarta area and its surroundings.

In total, Honda displayed a total of 27 car units, which also included various latest Honda models, ranging from sporty RS variants to various Honda SUVs that are consumer favorites in Indonesia.
