1. Don't Skip Sahur

Dear Dream friends, it turns out that suhoor is very important to keep our bodies fit during fasting all day long. During suhoor, it is recommended to eat real food and avoid foods that have been processed multiple times. Compared to instant foods, it is better to have a balanced suhoor with a composition of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber.

               

2. Don't Go Crazy When Breaking the Fast

During breaking the fast, avoid eating fried foods because they have a high fat content. After an empty stomach all day, it is best for Dream friends to choose low-fat foods, such as mineral water and fruits. Don't forget to take a break before eating heavy meals.

               

3. Pay attention to the portion of sweet food.

Sweet food contains sugar that the body needs as a source of energy, so the consumption of sugar is necessary for the body after fasting all day. However, Sobat Dream needs to pay attention to the recommendations of the Indonesian Ministry of Health regarding the recommended amount of sugar consumption. Try to consume 4 tablespoons of sugar per day or 500 grams.

               

4. Try to Consume Natural Foods

In addition to avoiding instant food, Dream friends can also consume natural food to meet energy needs. For example, the need for sugar can be obtained through fruits that contain natural sugar.

               

5. Stay Active
