AG, Former Girlfriend of Mario Dandy, Claims to Have Been Harassed by David, Turns Out to Be Just Fabricating a Story

Dream - The judge of the South Jakarta District Court, Sri Wahyuni Batubara, stated that AG had provoked the anger of Mario Dandy's former lover, leading to the assault on David Ozora. That is why this sole judge sentenced AG to three years and six months in prison.

In the verdict read on Monday, April 10, 2023, Judge Sri Wahyuni stated that Mario Dandy became emotional after AG claimed to have been raped by David Ozora on January 17, 2023.

Therefore, Judge Sri Wahyuni Batubara declared that AG was legally proven guilty of participating in severe assault with a plan.

Based on the examination in the trial, Mario Dandy was said to be getting angrier because AG claimed to have been forced to have sexual intercourse or raped by David on that day.

However, in reality, AG was proven to have made up the story about being raped by David Ozora. Because, she was not traumatized and even had sexual intercourse again with Mario Dandy.

David Ozora's lawyer, Mellisa Anggraini, appreciates the judge's consideration in assessing that AG fulfills the elements of the indictment in Article 355 paragraph 1 Juncto 55 of the Indonesian Penal Code regarding severe assault.

“In the verdict hearing of AG's case this afternoon, the sole judge conveyed various considerations that showed that all the elements of Article 355 paragraph 1 Jo 55 of the Indonesian Penal Code have been fully fulfilled,” wrote Mellisa Anggraini.

Therefore, she added, it is reasonable if the victim's family does not forgive the planned severe assault by Mario Dandy, AG, and Shane.

“This AG's child perpetrator has been declared guilty legally and convincingly committed the crime of participating in planned severe assault against the victim's child, David Ozora, so there is no reason to forgive and justify this child perpetrator,” she tweeted.
