Now, the savings that were accumulated in the joint account with his girlfriend only amounted to NT$17 (Rp8 thousand).

The man became even more confused and shocked when he heard his girlfriend's response when he asked about the wedding savings.

His girlfriend admitted to having invested a lot in the stock market. But strangely, she refused to explain it in more detail.

"When I pressed her, she cried and got angry, making it seem like I was the one at fault," the man said.
