Rosti deeply regrets why Ferdy Sambo's subordinates conspired to follow their superior's scenario to plan the murder of Brigadier J alias Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat. She again highlighted Kuat Ma'ruf, who is considered to have a significant role in her son's death.

"What's wrong with you and Putri, Kuat Ma'ruf? Who is Putri to you? To the point where you are pushing to control Putri."

For Rosti, the defendants have no conscience. So she pleaded with the judge to deliver justice in this case.

She asked Kuat Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal not only to apologize on their lips. She wants the defendants to prove their apologies by speaking honestly according to the facts that happened.

"To Kuat Ma'ruf's legal advisor, please investigate Kuat Ma'ruf's true intentions, not just apologize. If apologies are easy to say a thousand times on the lips. But prove your apology, especially in the presence of God. If my child, whose death you desire, is already over," said Rosti.

"The same goes for Ricky, what is your attitude as a patriot, the oath you took in front of the judge and God. So as you have a mother, child, descendant. What we sow, plant, will be harvested someday. So if you apologize here, please speak honestly. Don't follow scenarios of lies. I ask you not only with your mouth, the mouth is easy, this is your own destiny. So speak honestly," Rosti concluded.

Accused of Being Involved in Shooting Brigadier J, Putri Candrawathi Surprised

Dream - Putri Candrawathi denies allegations that she is the third person who shot Brigadier J or Nofrianysah Yosua Hutabarat, after Bharada E and Ferdy Sambo.

This denial was conveyed by Ferdy Sambo's wife during the continuation of the trial at the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Tuesday, November 1, 2022, with the examination of witnesses also attended by Brigadier J's family.

This accusation was made by the legal counsel of Brigadier J's family, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, in the previous trial, who believed that Putri shot Brigadier J.

"For Mr. Kamaruddin, I apologize, Sir, I was surprised when you said that I was the third shooter," said Putri at the South Jakarta District Court.

Putri firmly denies that she was in the room when Brigadier J was executed.

"Because at that time I was in the room resting. Thank you," she continued.

According to the investigation, Kamaruddin claimed to have obtained the fact that the weapon used by Putri Candrawathi was allegedly made in Germany.

"Initially it was said that Richard Eliezer was the shooter, but then we found new facts that Ferdy Sambo and Richard Eliezer or Bharada E together with Putri Candrawathi were the shooters," said Kamaruddin Simanjuntak.
