Dream - Indonesia's giant company, PT Pertamina (Persero), is opening massive job vacancies for professionals. Applicants can apply for contract or permanent employee status with a total of 261 positions available.

Assistant Manager Customer Prospecting & Telemarketing at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Permanent)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Major: Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Management / Psychology

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Research/ Market Insight/ Customer Insight in either Multinational Market Research Agency or Industry (preferably FMCG)

- Previously in the position of Data Analyst and Research

- Soft skills:

1. Data analysis (both basic and advanced statistics)

2. Logical thinking

3. Fast response

4. Critical thinking

5. Able to collaborate with other functions

- Quick adaptation

- Proficient in research methodology

- Able to master the end-to-end research process

- Familiar with sampling techniques
