Dream - Officially operating since mid-2015, the existence of the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road (Cipali) has proven to shorten the distance and travel time from Cikampek to Palimanan compared to passing through the Pantura route.

This certainly becomes a blessing for drivers who usually travel across cities through the North Java Island route. However, the construction of the toll road has become a nightmare for business owners along the Pantura route.

Like the abandoned restaurant business that even went bankrupt due to the loss of customers since drivers switched to using the Cipali toll road. One of them is the Raja Seafood Fresh Taste restaurant.

A video uploaded by the TikTok account @faizmubarok1111, shows the atmosphere of the restaurant that 10 years ago thrived in serving its crowded visitors but now only remains as beautiful memories.

In 2013, the restaurant still appeared very lively with its simple yet clean and well-maintained exterior.

Although there were not many parked vehicles, it seemed that there were always visitors taking turns to rest and enjoy various menus at the restaurant.

Two years later, the restaurant still stood strong, but the building started to look worn out. The long name of the restaurant had been removed. Although it had started to lose visitors, the restaurant still seemed to be operating.

In 2018, the once bustling restaurant and a preferred destination for drivers on the Pantura route had already closed. Bamboo fences were installed along the building, and graffiti had started to appear on its front.

A year later, there were no signs of hope for the restaurant to reopen. The parking lot was covered in soil, and grass had started to grow.

In 2021, the roof of the building was already torn, and the bamboo fences that used to separate it from the road were gone. The road in front of it was severely damaged and uneven.

If it used to be an alternative main road for cross-city drivers, in 2021, the front route of this restaurant appeared to be very quiet. Green grass grew abundantly on the side of the road.

In 2022, the road has been repaired and can be passed by cars. However, the condition of the restaurant is abandoned and looks eerie.

In March 2023, the road has started to deteriorate again, and green plants in front of the restaurant have grown even taller, covering its surface.

After being uploaded, this post went viral and received various responses from netizens in the comment section. Many said that this story is similar to the fate of the town 'Radiator Springs' in a cartoon film titled 'Cars'.
